En commission Mobilit\u00e9 de la Chambre, j\u2019ai interrog\u00e9 le Ministre de la Mobil M. Fran\u00e7ois Bellot, afin de lui demander des explications quant aux retards beaucoup trop fr\u00e9quents du train Mons-Bruxelles de 7h35.<\/p>\n

Ce dernier n\u2019est, en effet, \u00e0 l\u2019heure qu\u2019une fois sur trois et occasionne de gros d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments aux navetteurs qui l\u2019utilisent pour se rendre sur leur lieu de travail ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n

Dans sa r\u00e9ponse, le Ministre reconna\u00eet que \u00ab\u00a0le train auquel il est fait allusion nous pose un probl\u00e8me particulier. \u00bb <\/strong> Il enregistre, selon lui, \u00ab  une bonne ponctualit\u00e9 de 95,2 % de Qu\u00e9vy \u00e0 Braine-le-Comte, mais celle-ci baisse consid\u00e9rablement, atteignant 60,2 % entre Braine-le-Comte et Bruxelles-Nord. La raison de cette diff\u00e9rence est le trafic tr\u00e8s dense entre Halle et Bruxelles-Midi, trajet pour lequel le moindre retard provoque un effet boule de neige. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Sur les solutions envisag\u00e9es pour y rem\u00e9dier, le Ministre me r\u00e9pond que \u00ab l’am\u00e9lioration de la ponctualit\u00e9 globale de la ligne passe par une refonte du plan de transport. Des analyses sont en cours \u00e0 la SNCB pour d\u00e9gager une solution<\/strong>. Le parcours du train est ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans plusieurs relations fixes, donc tr\u00e8s difficiles \u00e0 modifier. \u00bb Ajoutant que \u00ab  dans l’attente d’une solution d\u00e9finitive<\/strong>, le train fait l’objet d’un programme sp\u00e9cifique d’analyse et de suivi. \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/strong>Ce qui est clair, c\u2019est que la r\u00e9ponse du Ministre confirme l\u2019existence d\u2019un sacr\u00e9 d\u00e9calage entre la communication optimiste de la SNCB au sujet de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la ponctualit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 v\u00e9cue par des navetteurs exc\u00e9d\u00e9s par les retards trop fr\u00e9quents aux heures de pointe !<\/p>\n

Des solutions concr\u00e8tes doivent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9es. Il y a urgence ! Je ne manquerai pas de le rappeler autant que possible \u00e0 la Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants aupr\u00e8s du Ministre Bellot.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
