Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la d\u00e9construction ferroviaire, le d\u00e9sossage de voitures de chemin de fer et de m\u00e9tro, le groupe fran\u00e7ais avait pris les contacts avec son voisin \u00abbelge\u00bb pour lui faire part de sa volont\u00e9 d’\u00e9tendre son activit\u00e9 en s’implantant en Hainaut.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ce mercredi 25 f\u00e9vrier, le projet a pris une tournure plus officielle en r\u00e9unissant la direction de Hiolle Industries avec le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019intercommunale IDEA, Marc Barvais, sa directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale Caroline Decamps, et le d\u00e9put\u00e9 hensitois.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pour Hiolle Industries, l\u2019intention de s\u2019implanter en Belgique ne laisse planer aucun doute.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00abNotre volont\u00e9 est d\u2019aller chez vous si possible d\u00e9j\u00e0 en 2015\u00bb, <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>a<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em> <\/i>indiqu\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em> Xavier Bleu, chef de projet chez Nord Ferro, lequel a patiemment d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9 depuis des mois les l\u00e9gislations f\u00e9d\u00e9rale et r\u00e9gionale en mati\u00e8re d\u2019environnement, tr\u00e8s proches de la l\u00e9gislation fran\u00e7aise.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00abMais nous n\u2019irons pas sans vision r\u00e9elle des besoins de la SNCB.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pour Eric Thi\u00e9baut, c’est l’un des enjeux de ce projet. Il veillera donc \u00e0 mettre toute en oeuvre pour faciliter les contacts n\u00e9cessaires avec la direction de la SNCB ainsi qu’avec la Ministre Jacqueline Galant en charge de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale des chemins de fer.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, le d\u00e9put\u00e9 a d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9cemment questionn\u00e9 la Ministre sur la quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riel d\u00e9saffect\u00e9 entrepos\u00e9 sur notre territoire. \u00ab <\/span><\/span><\/span>La SNCB poss\u00e8de actuellement environ 100 v\u00e9hicules divers \u2013 locomotives et voitures \u00e0 d\u00e9truire \u2013 qui seront progressivement \u00e9limin\u00e9s.\u00bb <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span>a-t-elle notamment r\u00e9pondu<\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La r\u00e9union de travail de ce mercredi avec l\u2019IDEA a aussi permis d\u2019\u00e9valuer les besoins d\u2019Hiolle Industries pour venir s\u2019implanter \u00e0 Mons-Borinage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00abIl faut trouver un b\u00e2timent existant de 2.000 m\u00b2, <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 Jean-Michel Hiolle, <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00e9loign\u00e9 des habitations et proche d\u2019une voie ferr\u00e9e. La pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une voie fluviale n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire. Au niveau de l\u2019emploi, sachant qu\u2019il faut six personnes pour d\u00e9samianter une voiture, six pour le d\u00e9garnissage, et six autres pour diverses op\u00e9rations, et que nous tablons sur 200 wagons par an, cela repr\u00e9senterait 70 emplois \u00e0 moyen terme<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>.\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
