Face aux nombreux couacs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la mise en oeuvre des nouveaux horaires et au m\u00e9contentement plus que l\u00e9gitime des navetteurs de Mons-Borinage qui empruntent la ligne Qui\u00e9vrain-Quevy-Mons-Bruxelles, j’attendais avec impatience les explications des responsables de la SNCB et d\u2019Infrabel auditionn\u00e9s ce matin en commission \u00e0 La Chambre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Le moins que l’on puisse dire c’est que ces derni\u00e8res m’ont laiss\u00e9 sur ma faim !<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Le patron de la SNCB a en effet contest\u00e9 les chiffres avanc\u00e9s par Test Achats et par plusieurs de mes coll\u00e8gues sur les retards r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s des trains.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui, au regard du peu de solutions concr\u00e8tes propos\u00e9es et \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de minimiser les probl\u00e8mes qui touchent les navetteurs, j ‘ai le sentiment que le CEO de la SNCB manque un peu d’autocritique ! !<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bien que le probl\u00e8me des trains en provenance de Mons est point\u00e9, la seule r\u00e9ponse donn\u00e9e prend la forme d’un groupe de travail sp\u00e9cifique qui planchera sur \u00ab\u00a0l’am\u00e9lioration des (premiers) d\u00e9parts, garage et composition des trains \u00e0 Mons\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ma question parlementaire du 28 janvier 2014 o\u00f9 je demandais des r\u00e9ponses claires sur les causes des retards \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition et sur les initiatives prises pour y mettre fin, une r\u00e9ponse \u00e9vasive de la Ministre m’a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e. Une \u00e9valuation est certes pr\u00e9vue mais aucune solution \u00e0 court terme ni aucun retrait du nouveau plan de transport ne sont annonc\u00e9s ! (voir la question en annexe)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Plus que jamais, je pense qu’il faut maintenir la pression sur les gestionnaires du rail car la situation est insupportable pour les navetteurs, particuli\u00e8rement pour ceux de la r\u00e9gion de Mons-Borinage.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dans cette\u00a0optique, en tant que pr\u00e9sident de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration socialiste de Mons-Borinage, je vais inviter tous les \u00e9lus socialistes de la r\u00e9gion \u00e0 interpeller officiellement la Ministre Jacqueline Galant, ainsi que les CEO de la SNCB et d\u2019INFRABEL en faveur des navetteurs de Mons-Borinage l\u00e9s\u00e9s par le nouveau plan de transport.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
