J’ai interpell\u00e9 le nouveau ministre des Infrastructures, Paul MAGNETTE, \u00a0sur la r\u00e9ouverture de la ligne de train entre Valenciennes et Qui\u00e9vrain.<\/p>\n
Le ministre a rappel\u00e9 que de nombreuses r\u00e9unions de travail entre Infrabel et son homologue fran\u00e7ais RFF avaient eu lieu sur ce dossier.<\/p>\n
Plusieurs sc\u00e9narios ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s par les deux gestionnaires pour permettre\u00a0:<\/p>\n
Le ministre a \u00e9galement fait savoir qu\u2019Infrabel avait marqu\u00e9 son accord de principe, le 14 janvier 2011, pour l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019assiette d\u2019une voie pour le tramway fran\u00e7ais moyennant deux conditions\u00a0:<\/p>\n
J’ai demand\u00e9 au nouveau ministre de mettre en place rapidement une concertation avec la R\u00e9gion wallonne et de r\u00e9unir tous les acteurs autour de la table afin de faire le point sur le dossier.<\/p>\n
En effet, c\u00f4t\u00e9 wallon, l\u2019\u00e9tude TRITEL pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le ministre Henry en novembre 2011 identifie la r\u00e9ouverture de la ligne de la ligne Qui\u00e9vrain Valenciennes comme \u00e9tant un axe essentiel du d\u00e9senclavement de notre r\u00e9gion.\u00a0 Les r\u00e9gions devront remettre un avis sur les propositions d\u2019investissement du F\u00e9d\u00e9ral et de la SNCB en mati\u00e8re d\u2019infrastructure.<\/p>\n
A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 tous les gestionnaires politiques responsables s\u2019accordent sur l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de d\u00e9velopper un transport public performant, \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 Mons s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 devenir la capitale europ\u00e9enne de la culture, il est inconcevable de ne pas pouvoir se rendre de Valenciennes \u00e0 Mons en train sans passer par Bruxelles\u00a0!\u00a0 Par ailleurs, des centaines de travailleurs belges se rendent chaque jour sur les sites fran\u00e7ais de Bombardier et de Toyota.<\/p>\n
Pour moi, la r\u00e9ouverture de la ligne Valenciennes-Mons doit donc \u00eatre un objectif prioritaire pour la r\u00e9gion de Mons-Borinage<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
