Comme d\u2019autres \u00e9lus de la R\u00e9gion de Mons Borinage, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9 par le drame de Buizingen.<\/p>\n

En tant qu\u2019\u00e9lu local, je connais beaucoup de proches des victimes.\u00a0 Je sais combien leur souffrance, leur tristesse et parfois leur col\u00e8re sont grandes. Et en tant que parlementaire, membre de la commission sp\u00e9ciale sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du rail en Belgique, je sais que le travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par cette commission n\u2019apportera peut-\u00eatre pas un r\u00e9confort imm\u00e9diat \u00e0 celles et ceux qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 directement touch\u00e9s par la catastrophe de Buizingen. \u00a0Notre commission n\u2019avait pas \u00e0 se substituer \u00e0 la justice, m\u00eame si cela peut \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 accepter.<\/p>\n

Cependant, le travail qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 doit servir et servira \u00e0 \u00e9viter au maximum qu\u2019un drame tel que celui de Buizingen n\u2019arrive plus sur notre r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n

Face \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9 des familles et des proches des victimes, j\u2019estime que nous, parlementaires, devions r\u00e9pondre par la dignit\u00e9 de notre travail : le rapport propos\u00e9 est le fruit d\u2019un travail de fond, sans partis pris ni id\u00e9ologie politique et ses recommandations am\u00e9lioreront la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de notre r\u00e9seau ferroviaire.<\/p>\n

Parmi ces recommandations, trois m\u2019apparaissent particuli\u00e8rement fondamentales\u00a0:<\/p>\n

1) L\u2019exigence d\u2019un calendrier pr\u00e9cis pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 europ\u00e9en sur l\u2019ensemble du r\u00e9seau ferroviaire belge. Les parlementaires contr\u00f4leront la mise en place effective de ce plan d\u2019installation. Nous veillerons \u00e0 ce que le retard pris par notre pays soit bien rattrap\u00e9.<\/p>\n

2) Le r\u00f4le d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0Monsieur s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb qui analyse et coordonne tout ce qui concerne la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du rail en Belgique. Et qui disposera d\u2019un pouvoir de sanction. Ce r\u00f4le sera tenu par la Safety Platform , un organisme public dont le statut et les comp\u00e9tences seront renforc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

3) La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0barom\u00e8tre de l\u2019emploi\u00a0\u00bb au sein du Groupe SNCB. Il permettra d\u2019\u00e9viter \u00e0 l\u2019avenir les probl\u00e8mes de recrutement et les p\u00e9nuries de certains m\u00e9tiers indispensables \u00e0 l\u2019installation des syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (ing\u00e9nieur et \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniciens).<\/p>\n

Comme tous mes coll\u00e8gues de la commission, je mettrai tout en \u0153uvre pour que l\u2019on se souvienne des victimes de Buizingen en veillant \u00e0 ce que notre rapport soit suivi d\u2019effets.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
