Ce mercredi \u00e0 la Chambre j\u2019attendais les explications du Ministre de la Mobilit\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ma question parlementaire au sujet des retards trop fr\u00e9quents dont les navetteurs sont victimes sur la ligne de trains 96 (Qu\u00e9vy \u2013 Mons \u2013 Bruxelles).<\/p>\n

Loin de s\u2019\u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e avec l\u2019adoption du dernier \u00ab Plan de Transport Adapt\u00e9 \u00bb de la SNCB, la situation ne fait en effet que se d\u00e9grader. Etant aussi navetteur, je comprends l\u2019exasp\u00e9ration des usagers du rail.<\/p>\n

En commission de l\u2019Infrastructure de la Chambre, le Ministre a avanc\u00e9 trois causes pour expliquer la situation sur la ligne 96 : le chantier de la gare de Mons, les travaux sur une voie et l\u2019augmentation de causes externes telles que la pr\u00e9sence accrue de personnes sur les voies ou les actes de vandalisme.<\/p>\n

Mais en ce qui concerne les mesures envisag\u00e9es pour mettre fin aux retards, la seule vraie r\u00e9ponse donn\u00e9e par le Ministre consiste en la d\u00e9signation d\u2019un \u00ab manager de ligne \u00bb op\u00e9rationnel d\u00e8s janvier 2017 !<\/p>\n

La mission de ce dernier consistant en \u00abun suivi sp\u00e9cifique des trains sur la ligne 96 et l\u2019adoption de mesures sp\u00e9cifiques pour am\u00e9liorer leur ponctualit\u00e9 \u00bb…<\/p>\n

Je ne peux pas me satisfaire d\u2019une telle r\u00e9ponse. Il s’agit d’une recette qui existe d\u00e9j\u00e0. Selon toutes les informations recueillies sur le terrain, la situation actuelle est avant tout le fruit de coupures budg\u00e9taires de la part de ce gouvernement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la SNCB et le d\u00e9sinvestissement continu dans l\u2019entretien des lignes ferroviaires. Pour preuve, le nombre de trains en panne n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 !<\/p>\n

J\u2019attends maintenant du Ministre de la Mobilit\u00e9 qu\u2019il propose des mesures concr\u00e8tes qui am\u00e9lioreront la ponctualit\u00e9 de cette ligne 96.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
