Madame la Ministre,<\/p>\n

Je souhaite revenir sur les chiffres d\u00e9voil\u00e9s lundi dernier en commission de l’Infrastructure de la Chambre, et repris ce week-end dans la presse, relatifs au nombre d’agressions commis en 2007 sur les lignes ferroviaires et les gares de la SNCB.<\/p>\n

Si, d’une fa\u00e7on logique, les agressions r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es envers les agents du rail sont les plus nombreuses sur les lignes les plus fr\u00e9quent\u00e9es de Belgique – c’est-\u00e0-dire celles qui relient Bruxelles-Nord \u00e0 Malines (60 agressions en 2007), les lignes Bruxelles\/Nivelles (58 agressions), Bruxelles-Midi\/Bruxelles-Nord (39), Gand\/ Anvers (39) et Bruxelles-Midi\/Halle (35) – je suis interpell\u00e9 par la situation difficile connue par la gare de Mons.<\/p>\n

C’est effectivement dans cette station que les faits violents \u00e0 l’\u00e9gard du personnel de la SNCB ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les plus nombreux en 2007 avec 8 agressions, devant Mol (5), Mouscron (5), Courtrai (4), Louvain (4), Marloie (4) et Li\u00e8ge-Guillemins (3), qui arrivent ensuite.<\/p>\n

Bien qu’un plan d’action particuli\u00e8rement complet et volontariste ait \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre au d\u00e9but de la l\u00e9gislature pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente pour l’ensemble des gares du royaume, il me para\u00eet souhaitable qu’une \u00e9valuation rapide et globale des diff\u00e9rents dispositifs affect\u00e9s aux gares du pays soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9e.\u00a0 Elle permettrait d’adapter les moyens \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre en fonction de la nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, face \u00e0 la situation et la violence croissante v\u00e9cue en gare de Mons, envisagez-vous de sensibiliser, dans un d\u00e9lai tr\u00e8s rapide, les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la SNCB afin qu’ils proposent une r\u00e9ponse forte et appropri\u00e9e \u00e0 la situation difficile v\u00e9cue par les employ\u00e9s et les usagers de cette gare\u00a0?<\/p>\n

D’une mani\u00e8re plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, quelles nouvelles mesures envisagez-vous de proposer pour diminuer et enrayer le nombre d’agressions sur les lignes ferroviaires et les gares \u00e0 l’avenir\u00a0?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
