Ce nombre est insuffisant pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la totalit\u00e9 des appels urgents. Il est ainsi de plus en plus fr\u00e9quent que des citoyens en danger doivent attendre trop longtemps pour avoir en ligne un interlocuteur.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Cette situation est inacceptable car elle menace la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des citoyens !<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">J&rsquo;ai donc interrog\u00e9 \u00e0 ce sujet ce mercredi le Ministre de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Je retiens de la r\u00e9ponse du Ministre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Le recrutement de 6 call-takers et 1 assistant admini<\/span><\/span>stratif est pr\u00e9vu cette ann\u00e9e encore. La consultation des r\u00e9serves de recrutement existantes est en cours.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Des emplois sont ouverts en mobilit\u00e9 interne police f\u00e9d\u00e9rale pour augmenter le nombre de policiers de ce SICAD (Service d&rsquo;information et de communication de l&rsquo;arrondissement ). Si ces emplois trouvent preneurs, une partie de cette capacit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire pourrait assister au call-taking et ainsi diminuer la charge des call-takers actuels.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le directeur coordinateur du SICAD 101 de Hainaut a pris deux initiatives afin d&rsquo;optimiser le fonctionnement: 1. veiller \u00e0 une meilleure r\u00e9partition de la capacit\u00e9 engag\u00e9e sur les 24 heures de la journ\u00e9e et sur la semaine; 2. analyser la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;augmenter la polyvalence entre call-taker (personnel IBZ) et dispatchers ( personnel policier).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Le Ministre reconna\u00eet que pour le Hainaut, 63 call-takers sont n\u00e9cessaires et qu&rsquo;il ne faut pas remettre en cause le mod\u00e8le de calcul qui d\u00e9finit le cadre.
